The” Be-Competitive” program is structured to ensure you peak for the CrossFit open, specifically when it matters.
Periodisation is paramount for success and building a rounded athlete considering the sport specific needs of the functional fitness athlete using the GAS principle ensuring appropriate load and super compensation.
Ensuring all energy pathways are trained to be maximised and work in unison to full efficiency is the most important building block to reaching your potential.
The Be-competitive Program will guide you through your energy system training with clear targets building volume, intensity and confidence throughout the modalities and aiding quick recovery.
OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTING
The Be-Competitive program uses structured weightlifting and accessory derivatives to focus on each lift progressively through each training phase.
With Olympic lifting consistency is key with volume and loads progressively added to improve strength and technique.
Our overall goal is to improve your barbell game and prepare you for anything from 1 RM lifts to a barbell complex.
Our gymnastics programming includes strict, scaled and all accessory progressive exercises required to perform all the movement variations of the gymnastics element of CrossFit.
Though the broad knowledge and experience of our staff we pride ourselves on the level on our programming and believe that our gold standard “Be-competitive” programme is truly world class.
